Rand C. Waldron, DDS
Dr. Waldron is a unique individual practicing a special kind of dentistry. A 1985 Alumnus of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry (USC), Dr. Waldron sets a high standard of clinical excellence and assigns top priority to continuing dental education. His concern for our patients’ comfort and self-esteem channels much of his post-graduate study in the areas of preventive, restorative, implant, and cosmetic dentistry. With over 25 years of involvement with dentistry and 1,000’s of hours of continuing education, Dr. Waldron has been awarded:

He’s also studied with some of the nation’s most respected dentists at world-renowned institutions, such as the Kois Center and the Pankey Institute. He’s recognized as a mentor for the Kois Center for Advanced Training for Predictable and Excellent Dentistry. Dr. Waldron took his practice to the next level when he completed an implant residency with Nobel BioCare. He’s proud to offer complete implant care in the convenience of our Las Vegas dental office.

Devoted to helping others, Dr. Waldron finds practicing dentistry very rewarding, and he regularly volunteers his expertise to provide dental healthcare to the underprivileged. He also volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and coaches youth sports. Married for over 30 years, Dr. Waldron has seven children and he’s a grandfather to five grandchildren (and the numbers are growing!). He enjoys staying active, and spends his free time hiking, cycling, snow skiing, water skiing, and participating with youth sports and activities.
Our Team
Kira – Registered Dental Hygienist
Kira earned a degree in business from SUNY Cobleskill and then pursued hygiene training from the University of Cincinnati. She has three years of experience in dental hygiene, and she belongs to the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. As a member of our team, Kira enjoys the close personal bonds she forms with her patients and her co-workers. She finds Dr. Waldron’s love for dentistry inspiring, and she’s pleased to be part of such a devoted team.
New to the Las Vegas area, Kira and her husband of 23 years have two children. Kira stays active with biking and running, and she enjoys leisure time spent with her family.

Georganne – Business Assistant
Georganne began her career as a business assistant 24 years ago, and she’s been a member of Dr. Waldron’s team since 1994. Over the years, she and Dr. Waldron have gotten to know each of our patients individually, and it’s helped foster a close-knit family feel. Hearing our patients express their gratitude for the care they receive in our office has made her job very rewarding.
Georganne was born in Cedar City, Utah, but she grew up in Las Vegas. Married, with children ranging in age from 13 to 30, Georganne enjoys reading, hiking, biking, scrapbooking, family, and nature photography. Keeping pace with the ever-changing world of technology creates new challenges for her every day.
Trenna – Treatment Coordinator
Trenna studied at Brigham Young University and brings four years of experience to our office. As our treatment coordinator, she answers patients’ questions, helps with financial assistance, and helps organize convenient scheduling. She enjoys working together with our team to create the perfect patient-experience, and she admires Dr. Waldron’s commitment, honesty, and drive to advance in his field through continuing education and the latest technology.
Mother of two girls, Trenna enjoys outback road-bike racing as part of Team Colavita and interior decorating.
Maria – Treatment Coordinator, Hygiene Coordinator
Maria joined our team in 2008, but she has been in the dental field since 2005. She received her dental assisting certification from the College of Southern Nevada, where she also received an associate’s in education and mathematics. A member of the Dental Assisting National Board, Maria’s certified in radiology, sterilization, and asepsis control. She loves working with Dr. Waldron in an environment that is safe, honest, and meets a superior standard of care. When people place their trust in Maria, she considers it the greatest compliment she can receive!
Mother of two, Maria has been married since 2003. Healthcare is a common profession in Maria’s family, which she attributes to their desire to help other people and their love of learning. Outside the office, Maria enjoys all things Disney, shopping, and spending time with her kids.
